Prices apply to the average passenger car. Larger cars may incur an additional charge. All prices are based on average dirt levels and the vehicle's condition. Each car is unique and requires its own specific treatment; any necessary extended treatment time may result in additional costs. We charge €0.96 excl. VAT (€1.16 incl. VAT) per kilometer for travel costs. Within The Hague, a fixed travel fee of €10 excl. VAT (€12.20 incl. VAT) applies. Appointments can be canceled/rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% charge, and appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and the customer is responsible for payment. Please note that due to overrun from previous appointments or traffic conditions, we may arrive up to 30 minutes later. We always strive to be on time, but unforeseen circumstances can affect our arrival time. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we will do our best to minimize any delays.
